Sleeps up to 6 people.
This elegant self-contained Edwardian wing of the main house is particularly suitable for families. It features a large fireplace with wood-burning stove, large comfortable sofas and a private garden.
The Wing was originally created in 1911 as a Drawing Room and Library for the main house, but has been a self-contained ground floor apartment for many years. It is a series of large interconnecting rooms and spaces, with yellow walls, parquet floors, domed ceilings and diamond paned windows, and because of this configuration is especially suitable for families, particularly parents with children. A large comfortable TV and sitting area with sofas and armchairs around a fireplace with a wood-burning stove.
A 4’ (1.2m) double sofa bed with privacy screen in an alcove.
Two divans that can be used as single beds.
An alcove dining area with a table that will accommodate 6 people.
A small fully equipped kitchen, with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
A bathroom with bath, electric shower and basin.

“We had a WONDERFUL time at Pekes. It’s a great one bedroom place to stay. It has atmosphere and a lot of personality.”

Great Houses, Great Garden, Great Pool and Great Service
“Pekes Manor is utterly lovely. Our kids especially enjoyed the lush (conservatory style) warm indoor swimming pool, our dogs loved roaming around, and we loved the spacious accommodation (after our first night we moved from the Wing to the Oast House as we required more room, and we were very thankful that that was possible at that short notice). The rooms are lovely, the kitchen well equipped, towels were plenty. We had a great holiday, thank you for that.”
